This finally triggers a superhuman healing ability in Wade but leaves scars all over his body. Wade, recovering from his cancer but severely disfigured, flees the room and is about to kill Ajax, but it is said that the disfigurement can be fixed. He’s just relieved that Ajax has suppressed him and left him in a now burning lab.

Somehow he survives and searches for Vanessa. However, she is afraid to approach him as she leaves without saying anything and isn’t sure how to react to her current appearance. He also moves in with a blind woman and, with the help of his friend, decides to track down Ajax. Before that, Wade turns into a masked canon who calls himself Deadpool, because his friend has chosen him in a dead pool (a pool that predicts which person will die first). Finally, the first person to approach him tells him where Ajax is. Deadpool attacks Ajax’s convoy and nearly succeeds when it is interrupted by the Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead. Two X-Men members try to get Deadpool to walk a better path and join them. Ajax uses this distraction to escape and realizes who Deadpool is and his connection to Vanessa.

Like a stereotypical villain, Ajax chases after the girl and takes her to a decommissioned helicopter carrier in the junkyard. Deadpool enlists the help of Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead. The battle heats up as Deadpool hunts down Ajax as the X-Men grapple with Ajax’s men and Angel Dust.

They fight and the latter is suppressed, but Negasonic accidentally destroys the equipment balancing the spiral carrier. Deadpool protects Vanessa from the crash as Colossus carries Negasonic and Angel Dust to safety.

Ajax attacks again, but Deadpool takes the upper hand and kills Ajax despite Colossus’ intervention when he discovers that there is no cure for his deformities. The movie ends here at our mercy, promising to be more heroic and reconcile with Vanessa. Finally, ‘Ferris Bueller’s Day Off’ is in the post-credits scene.
